The aim is always to show consumers what the benefit of ownership is after the film has left the theatrical window. Bonus features are always an important part of the campaign, since those are typically exclusive and can raise the perceived value of the product as something many market segments are looking for.
For The Invisible Man, we had a unique opportunity to show how some of the special effects were handled, and I asked the talented graphics team at Ammo Creative if they could use the distinct honeycomb texture from the invisible suit costume design in the movie as a transition effect. I thought it worked great as a transition effect in our AV materials, and the judges at the CLIO Entertainment awards evidently agreed, as we wound up with a Bronze Award on this piece.
